Performance Thinking Program:
Cognitive Development for Senior Executives
Most senior executives believe their brains are “hard wired”, so their leadership strengths will remain strengths, and their leadership weaknesses will just have to be “worked around.” Fortunately, pioneering Australian cognitive research has led to the development of an innovative Cognitive Development Program. This program,
Performance Thinking, has delivered significant behavioural change and enhancement of leadership thinking and behaviour.
Performance Thinking has runs on the board with a cross section of major Australian and global corporations, underpinning significant changes in behaviours such as: superior strategic thinking & planning, improved implementation, better, clearer delegation, better risk identification & mitigation, genuine innovative thinking, enhanced personal productivity, and better overall leadership, which has enabled senior executives to more easily “step up to the next level”.
This enlightening presentation is facilitated by our partner Denis Jenkins who has a Masters of Education (Cognitive Science) and was awarded a Centenary Medal from the Australian Government for his leading edge contribution in the education/training, corporate compliance and cognitive development. Denis has been researching and working in the cognitive development area in Australia and USA for over 20 years. He has mapped the linkages between specific cognitive skills and leadership behaviour & performance at an individual level in order to optimise executives’ cognitive fitness and performance. He was recently featured on Q Radio (QANTAS Radio) in an interview with Peter Switzer.
