The WorkForce Transformations (WT) Difference

By their very nature, even large, successful businesses become layered and complex. Over time, interconnection within the organisation can become fractured and a true understanding of customer needs lost, resulting in ‘money being left on the table’.

WorkForce Transformations (WT) works with large organisations, and smaller fast growing companies, in the Business to Business to Customer (B2B2C) space. We work with clients to optimise their Customer/Marketing/Sales connections and thereby deliver better experiences to our clients’ customers and increased sales/profitability for our clients.

Just like a sports team, if the individual divisions (backs, midfielders and forwards) do not communicate properly and act on that communication, they will fail to score as many goals (customers or contracts) as they could.

WorkForce Transformations was specifically created to assist companies to be their best using their existing resources. Think of WT as a team of specialist coaches supported by specialist fitness and medical experts. WT also works towards determined outcomes and deadlines to help clients achieve exponential growth, just as if the grand final were approaching.

WT diagnose and provide unique, independent insights to test and strengthen the ‘outward facing’ connections of:

  • Customer - Marketing
  • Customer - Sales
  • Marketing - Sales

These are managed within the environment of ‘inward facing’ business operations such as:

  • Business Information Systems
  • People and Processes
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems

Some of the outcomes which will directly and positively impact business results, include:

  • Improved customer loyalty
  • Bigger share of wallet
  • More qualified leads and
  • Faster acquisition of new customers
The Socceroos may well not have made it to the 2006 World Cup, never mind coming within a whisker of beating the ultimate world champions Italy, had it not been for super coach Guus Hiddink. Using the resources at his disposal, his task was to turn a competent team into a world class team within a specified time frame. In so doing, he brought experience, fresh insights and a team of specialists to bear on the problem. They may not have won the World Cup, but they changed Australians’ attitude towards soccer forever.
